Had another great stay here. Super convenient to food and entertainment. Was in town for a softball tournament and the girls all had a blast here
There was a little bit of wear in the room but it was very clean and so comfortable. We were here for a college tour and almost booked a much more expensive hotel connected to the campus and I’m so glad we didn’t. This one was still so close to the college but without any of the congestion or noise plus no fees for parking! We were surrounded by lovely views, shopping and restaurants. The desk was responsive, helpful and friendly. Pool was clean. Lobby was big and bright and the coffee stayed fresh!
Very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was adequate. There was water damage in the ceiling of our room but other than that, perfect.
Always a welcome stay. I would like to ask that maybe you all can serve scrambled eggs and sausages and bacon links more often and different kind of potatoes besides the over spiced potatoes now everyday. Other than that love the waffle maker The bed is comfortable and roomy. Rooms r clean everytime and showers r very large space and have had nothing but friendly service from time I walk thru the doors. Won’t let me right more then one review. But these folks have ALWAYS gone above and beyond for me for what ever I have needed. I love this place and will keep staying here every week
I just have to say the service of this location is impeccable - I left something in the hotel room and Kimber (sp?) the assistant GM called me far before check out to let me know, and gave me all the options to get the item back in my possession. I used their portal to get the item shipped back to me and I had it back in less than five days. I know lots of people who leave items in hotel rooms and never hear back from the hotel! I was so pleasantly surprised and grateful.
